All orders ship free. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, usually within 2–4 business days of the order date. We will email you once your order has shipped.
Returns
To request a return, contact contact@thevinesquare.com within 30 days of your order date for return instructions.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. A minimum restocking fee of 15% applies to opened products. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once the returned products are received at our warehouse in good condition, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
