SHIPPING

We’ve made shipping simple at The Vine Square - ALL orders ship free. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday and are almost always shipped within 2-4 business days from the order date. Email notification is sent out once the order has shipped. Simple.

RETURNS

Bottom line is we want you to be 100% happy with your new purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us at contact@thevinesquare.com within 30 days from the order date and our team will do their best to address your concerns or provide the details for initiating a return.

Once the returned product(s) are received at our warehouse in good condition, our team will issue your refund. Please note that we are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply to any opened products. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment of the order. Please note that the shipment of a return is to be arranged and covered by the customer. 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We double and triple check before shipping but unfortunately accidents can happen. If you believe to have received a damaged or defective item, please follow the below steps and we’ll address it ASAP. 

If the damage is noted at the time of delivery and there is obvious structural damage to the item and is not usable, refuse delivery. There’s nothing more to do if you’ve refused delivery. If damage is noted after receiving the product, photograph the item and packaging. To file your claim, contact us via email within 5 calendar days at contact@thevinesquare.com with your order # and attach the photographs. Claims received after the 5 calendar day window will not be accepted. Upon reviewing, we will send a replacement or offer a discount, and our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

CANCELLATIONS

If an order has already left the warehouse, cancellation is subject to any cost of original and reverse shipping and will be treated as a return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued via the original method of payment of the order. It may take up to 5-7 business days for credit to appear.
